[netCDF #CHS-763364]: Problems for compiling netcdf-4.6.0 intel: make check -> FAIL: tst_filterparser



Ok, the code that is failing does some memory overlay. The issue
is (probably) how the intel compilers are doing memory layout.
It differs in some way from the gcc compilers and from visual
studio.
