[netCDF #ENL-176414]: Testsuite summary for netCDF 4.3.3.1

Hello,

You are using an old version of netCDF, the current version is 4.6.1.  It's 
possible that this is a known false-positive error, due to a change in the 
latest HDF5 library.  You might try installing the latest version (which you 
may download from https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-c/releases) and see if the 
issue persists.
