[netCDF #SWJ-921804]: Failure in ncdap_test

It looks like the library compiled and built correctly, but
some of the tests failed. It looks like you did not send the
complete test output. But judging from what you sent, the problem
is that some piece of code is not able to locate some files.
I suspect that non-ascii characters in the file path may be the problem.

for example. If so, then that is an error in our code because we strive
to handle the utf-8 character set everywhere in our code.
As an experiment, you might try building and testing the netcdf library
in a directory whose path contains only ascii characters.
