[netCDF #DZA-722147]: Fortran Intel compiling error: libnetcdff.so: undefined reference to `nc_open_mem'

LD_LIBRARY_PATH is an environment variable, so I would do the
following shell command.
> export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/home/net/zheng/lib;$LD_LIBRARY_PATH"

BTW, is there any reason you cannot replace the netcdf library in
/usr/local?
