[netCDF #IYX-299953]: ncdap_test fail in netcdf-4-6-1

It is possible that the server remotetest.unidata.ucar.edu
was down for maintenance. I see it is up at the moment,
so please retry.
If it continues to fail, then add this flag to your
./configure command:
    --disable-dap-remote-tests
