[netCDF #IEA-354945]: netCDF-fortran-4.4.4 configure failed

The config.log file you provided contains the following information:

This suggests that the file `libnetcdf.so.11` is found during compilation of 
the 'conftest' binary, but cannot be found by the runtime library. You may need 
to modify your LD_LIBRARY_PATH to include the directory 
'/mnt/cloudTest/opt/NETCDF/lib'.
