[netCDF #QHB-286994]: Adding To Software list

Sorry for taking so long to get it up on our website. As a rule,
we update the website when we do a new release. Unfortunately,
we have been a little behind in propagating information to the website.

Also, is the writeup that you saw in github correct? If not, please
send me revised text so I can fix it.
