[netCDF #GMU-633352]: CMake Error with NetCDF-Fortran



Hi Jakob,

I'm certain we can figure this out, I just have a couple of questions.  First, 
how exactly did you invoke cmake for netCDF-Fortran?  Did you use CMake to 
build/install netCDF-C? How did you invoke cmake for netCDF-C, assuming you 
used cmake?
