[netCDF #UFS-326614]: NetCDF for Intel Fortran (Windows, 64 bit)

Hello,

It is true that the netCDF Fortran library isn't supported on Windows yet,
although we know anecdotally that it can be built. We hope to support this in
the future. I don't believe that software linked against the gnu C runtime can
be used against software that is compiled with the Microsoft C runtime. We do
provide pre-built C libraries, available from
https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/winbin.html . I hope this
helps!
