[netCDF #UQF-369953]: question on netcdf-4.5.0: how to enable netcdf-2



You should not need to do anything to enable v2 functions
in netcdf-c.
At about line 480 in configure.ac, you will see "nc_build_v2=yes"
And much later in configure.ac, there is an option to disable
v2 (search for --disable-v2). So unless you specifically
disable it, v2 will be built.
