[netCDF #PHL-665255]: Can I install both NetCDF versions 4.1.1 and 4..4.0 and How

Hello Jing,

When compiling netCDF, you can pass the `--prefix=[location]` flag to 
`configure`.  You can specify two different locations when compiling each 
version.  Then, when linking against netCDF, you would specify the appropriate 
location.
