[netCDF #OCA-379499]: Help

Hello,

We do not provide a utility for converting netCDF files to xls; it is
frequently the case that the high-dimensional data represented in the netCDF
data model does not lend itself to easy spreadsheet representation.

We maintain a list of software which uses the netCDF library, viewable at
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/software.html.  A quick search
shows the following:

* https://code.google.com/archive/p/netcdf4excel/

It's possible that this might do what you need. I'm sorry I can't provide a
more immediately useful solution!
