Hello, If you are interested, you can download pre-built binaries (complete with dependencies such as hdf5.dll) from http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/winbin.html. The latest release candidate may be downloaded from http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs_rc/winbin.html. If you want to continue building from source, you should be able to pass '-DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=C:\Vaisala\BLView\NetCDF4\HDF5_BUILD' to correct this error.
