[netCDF #XAT-642782]: How can I activate the Fortran 90 API while building?

Hello Pedro,

You will need to install the fortran interface library separately; what you've
installed is the core netCDF-C library. You may download the Fortran interface
from https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-fortran/releases. If you have any
questions regarding the installation of this separate library, please don't
hesitate to ask!

Have a great day,

-Ward
