[netCDF #TSJ-231955]: netcdf-4.3.3.1 is installed sucessfully,but when "make check" error appears

After adding the line to .bashrc, did you run the command `source ~/.bashrc` ?  
You may need to run this after you run the other two source commands.

If this does not work, you may need to speak with your system administrator; 
the issue is (as you have figured out), the run-time loader either cannot find 
this file, or it cannot access this file.  It may be the case that you do not 
have access to run `libimf.so`.

I'm sorry I cannot provide a more positive response, but what you are doing is 
correct and should work.  This makes me wonder if the issue is something 
specific to your system.
