[netCDF #VOW-827097]: netcdf-devel compilation problem



Hi Jason,

I'm glad to hear you were able to get this resolved.  Some of the tests run by 
'make check' rely on output from previous tests, so specifying multiple threads 
via the '-j' command can result in race conditions, as you encountered.
