[netCDF #LZA-635510]: Additional netCDF example files

Martin,

I also added a netCDF-4 chunked and compressed version of your ECHAM 
output in the table of netCDF-4 files, to show how netCDF compression
could produce a file from which the data could be accessed without
uncompressing the whole file.  The netCDF-4 compression is significantly
better than gzip or bzip2 on the whole file, but 7za still beats (114 MB vs 
120 MB).
