[netCDF #BLC-491506]: 4.3.3rc2 error in tests

Hello Shawn,

I'm not able to recreate this issue. There may have been a network issue on
our end, but appears to have been corrected. If you are still experiencing
this, can you try the following from the command line?

curl -O
"ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/sample_data/hdf4/AMSR_E_L2_Rain_V10_200905312326_A.hdf.gz";

That should work for you. If it doesn't, can you check to make sure you have
network access to ftp.unidata.ucar.edu?

Thanks, let me know if this works (or doesn't),

-Ward
