[netCDF #DXG-178075]: Building fails on Blue Gene /Q with NetCDF 4.3.2

Hello,

I'm afraid I don't have any experience with the Blue Gene compiler bgxlc_r, but 
I will provide as much help as I can.  Would it be possible to get the 
'config.log' file generated when you configured netcdf?
