[netCDF #BOU-407285]: .wctproj file extension

NetCDF files typically have the extension ".nc" or sometimes ".cdf" if they
follow an old and now deprecated convention.

If what you have really is a netCDF data file, you can see what's in it with
the "ncdump" command line utility, or with a wide variety of other software
listed here:
