Hi John,
This is great news and I appreciate the heads up. The only suggestion I
would make is to keep it as the word "plus" in place of "and" because
there is the small possibility that "and" may not make sense in some
cases. I have had success with changing it using the name that it gets
turned into with "two_depths_below_surface" and greatly appreciate your
help with that work around.

Im guessing that the real name is something like:

no longer

as it was in 4.2.
can you double check?
