[netCDFJava #VKG-526884]: Issue in opening IASI BUFR file

Greetings Ghansham,

Thanks for the links to the updated manual. I've added the I.2 link to the
ticket for general reference, but the description of the replication
operation is the same as found in the 2010 manual.
