[netCDF #QTC-832048]: NetCDF4.2 trouble reading data with strides from aggregated data.

I will take a look. In the meantime,
do you know who is in charge of the ferret server.
I want to see if I can get them to properly implement
this requirement in the DAP2 spec.
"... A Grid modified with a hyperslab operator MUST return another Grid, 
following the same rules as an
Array. But if the projection clause specifies the elements of the Grid 
independently of one another—
the target array, or one of the maps—then a Structure is returned containing 
only the specified variables..."
