[netCDF #ORW-515290]: install error

We have to set CPPFLAGS to include -DgFortran to get the right flags generated 
for mpif90 on our
platform, so could you try again, changing

  CPPFLAGS="-DgFortran -I/home/ammar/F90Netcdf/local/include"

You might also try netCDF 4.1.3 instead of 4.1.2, as the former has some bug 
fixes.
