[netCDF #YST-473063]: Not really a bug, but ...

Yes, that debug statement that was inadvertently included in the 4.1.3 release 
has been removed for the netcdf-fortran 4.2 release.  For the announcement of
the separate Fortran netCDF release, see this note to the netcdfgroup mailing

If you have any recent version of netcdf installed as a shared library, it is 
very
simple to build and install the new separate netCDF Fortran release.  The only
