[netCDF #RLJ-781337]: urgent!!! Error when building the NetCDF



Greetings Feng,

The first thing I would recommend is that you try to the 4.1.3 release of 
netCDF (http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/netcdf/netcdf-4_1_3/index.jsp). 
There have been some reported issues with HDF5-1.8.6 and netCDF 4.1.1. If 
moving to 4.1.3 does not fix the error, please send me your configure and make 
logs.
