[netCDF #NER-679496]: netcdf_fe_modul[29240]: segfault at 0000000000001000 rip 0000003967e79a30 rsp 00007fffbb02f198 error 4

No, sorry.  I've never heard of "netcdf_fe_modul", and that string does not
occur anywhere in netCDF source code.  I suspect it's from an application
program that has that function name.  If the segfault results in a core file,
you could use gdb to determine the call stack and that might help determine
what functions are involved.
