[netCDF #FRT-713000]: broken link to netcdf4.1.tar.gz

The link seems to be working fine now from here, although there may have
been a problem when you tried it.

An alternative link, in case the one above still doesn't work for you,
is:

  ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/netcdf-4.0.1.tar.gz

We intend to release version 4.1.1-rc1 shortly, which has improvements
since the 4.0.1 release, so if you can wait a few days, it may save
you some trouble in later upgrading to version 4.1.1 (which may be the
same as 4.1.1-rc1 if no problems are reported with that release
candidate).
