[THREDDS #PSU-730086]: Error code 500: message= "NcSDArray InvalidRangeException=Number of ranges in section (2) must be = 3"



Im going to have an alpha TDS 4.2 probably by end of today or tommorrow.

Your <fmrcDataset> elements in your config catalogs will need to be converted 
to <featureCollection>

If you could send me an example, i will convert it. It should then be easy to 
apply that to the rest. If there are different kinds (eg with/without ncml) you 
can send me one of each.
