[McIDAS #YPS-212209]: McIDAS-X for Windows 7 v2018.2 distribution

Got it.

My recommendation is:

- install McIDAS-X under Linux

  This could be on a UAlbany machine or in a Linux VM installed on your
  laptop IF your laptop has enough system resources (e.g., RAM).
