[McIDAS #WHS-480327]: Missing Japanese and European Satellite Data at PUB

Hi again Fred,

I sent a note to the head of the MUG, Becky Shaffer, and she suggested
that one or the other of the following my be of some help:

"Russ Lancaster is usually the best person to contact.   Clay Davenport
 may also be able to help.

 Russell Lancaster - NOAA Affiliate <address@hidden>
 Clay Davenport    - NOAA Affiliate <address@hidden>"

If they can't help troubleshoot the problem themselves, they may
know who needs to be contacted.
