[McIDAS #ITE-161076]: Plotting satellite derived winds in McIDAS

Hi Carol,

DATALOC ADD RTWXTEXT <adde server>

Correct. That means that the ADDE server machine will need to be running
McIDAS-XCD to create the files that are used, and it will have to have
been configured to serve the RTWXTEXT dataset. As a reminder, the
three public facing ADDE server machines that we operate are setup to
serve this kind of data:

lead.unidata.ucar.edu
adde.ucar.edu (aka adde.ucar.edu)
adde.ssec.wisc.edu

Cheers,

Tom
