[McIDAS #KXA-733353]: GOES 16/17 datasets on adde.ssec.wisc.edu

I see what is going on and am now tweaking the logic for dealing with
L2 products.  Thanks for the testing and reporting this deficiency!

Yup, those are still being handled by the ABIN servers.
