GLMDISP evidently (I haven't looked at the code) chooses colors for you,
but these can be overridden using the COLor= keyword:

11 SF=YES REFRESH='EG GRA=(GRA);MAP FILE=OUTVHPOL OUTVHPOL MCOLOR=1 1 WIDTH=1
