[McIDAS #XOM-796225]: Modifying the weather symbols

Not easily.  The change would involve modifying the code that plots
symbols in McIDAS-X, and this, in turn, would require that you re-implement
the code changes each time you installed a new version of McIDAS-X.  This
is not for the faint-hearted.
