You would only enable the MySQL setup if you were running the McIDAS-XCD
data monitory (decoder) for GRIB processing, DMBIN.  Since I don't think
you are running that data monitor, I left the MySQL stuff commented out
in the example cshrc.mcidas content I sent earlier.
