[McIDAS #RWF-297700]: McIDAS 2015 installation questions

This is typically caused by the current working directory for 'pqact' not
being ~ldm.  I took a quick look at the ~ldm/etc/registry.xml file on
weather3, and it looks like you took care of changing the <datadir-path>
settings for 'pqact' and 'pqsurf'.  Further investigation, and updating
McIDAS-related LDM processing will require that I be able to login as
'ldm' on weather, weather2 and weather3.  I tried the old password, but
it didn't work for me.  You can either email me the password (WITHOUT
any reference to account names or machines), or you can call me at
