[McIDAS #JTG-722928]: installation error



Hi Justin,

Thanks for the login credentials, they helped me pinpoint the problem
right off:

The user 'awips' did not have read access to /home/mcidas or any of its
subdirectories.  I changed the read/write/execute permissions on
/home/mcidas and /home/mcidas/admin, and 'awips' can now source
/home/mcidas/admin/user_env.*.
