[McIDAS #NJW-868492]: station 60018

The XCD decoding for significant level upper air data on
adde.ucar.edu was setup to only process a small set of
countries; this was an oversight on my part.  As a comparison,
the setup on two other machines that we maintain were configured
to decode significant level data for all countries:

adde.ssec.wisc.edu
lead4.unidata.ucar.edu

I just changed the setup to decode significant level upper
air data for all countries on adde.ucar.edu.  I did this
as follows:

<as 'mcidas' on the machine running XCD decoding>
cd $MCDATA
sigco.k ADD ALL

NB:

- being able to change the setup like this depends on one
  having setup McIDAS XCD decoding in the Unidata way, not
  SSEC's

  If your XCD decoding is setup as per SSEC's instructions,
  you will have to run SIGCO (sigco.k) in the 'oper' account.

You should make the SIGCO change above if you want to use
significant level upper air data for all countries.

For more information on SIGCO, run 'HELP SIGCO' in a McIDAS-X
session on a machine were XCD has been built and installed.
