[McIDAS #MTQ-883078]: Downloading McIDAS

Hi Dave,

> I've created one with my enterprise account. address@hidden It used to be
> address@hidden but moved all my mail usage off the system. Just created the
> address@hidden today

I take this to mean that when you login using the address@hidden address
you are not allowed Download access to McIDAS-X...

Yes, I see why you are being denied: you set your affiliation type to COMC
when you registered as address@hidden today. If you had set your affiliation
type as DGCU (Degree Granting College or University), you would have been
automatically allowed access to Unidata McIDAS-X.

No worries, I added address@hidden to our "McIDAS Exceptions List" (a
list of sites that are granted access to Unidata McIDAS-X/-XCD even
though one or more things in their registration indicate that they
are not necessarily from a U.S. degree granting college or university.

You should be able to access the Unidata McIDAS-X/-XCD downloads now
(you may need to log off the Unidata site and then log back in; I
am not sure).
