[McIDAS #MWQ-801749]: McIDAS-X 2009 and Solaris 11 Express

Weird (but confirmed by Mike Schmidt, our system admin).

I made a small change to the procedure that re-parents the McIDAS
image window (mcimage) in the MCGUI (added a pause of 1 second
after the re-parenting operation before telling Tk to resize).
Please give this mod a quick test from the console to see if
it had any effect.
