20111108: email to [ldm-users] request data

Hi Boris,

For some reason you started sending email notifications of your downloads
of satellite imagery data to the address@hidden email list.
Very few if any of the folks subscribed to the address@hidden
list will be interested in your download activity. Please do not send
new notices to email lists.

The emails should go to the folks at the SSEC Data Center directly
(with CC to address@hidden).
