[McIDAS #BSW-934579]: Goes West ADDE Server Not Updating

Thanks for the alert!  We found a stuck ingest that required a system
reboot to clear (a 'kill -9' wouldn't work!).  We were delighted that
the ingest returned to normal after the reboot because the machine had
been up for 650+ days!
