[McIDAS #QNI-213974]: IMGCHA problems

Hi Paul,

You can suppress the low reflectivity features by manipulating the
enhancement used in the display. Try loading an image with the standard
enhancement (BREF24.ET) and then using EU MAKE to set the lowest reflectivity
values to BLACK.

McITDAS has no QC capability in the higher level routines (e.g.,
SFCPLOT, SFCCON, etc.). The low level routine that these call
(PTDISP, PTCON) can be run specifying bounds on parameters to be
plotted. The great majority of users, however, would likely
not want to use the low level routines due to their complexity.

Very good.

Cheers,

Tom
