I adopted the use of N0R, N1R, etc. since it made defining the datasets
with DSSERVE very easy.  Also, since it tracks how the Weather Service
talks about the products, my users _should_ not get confused.

I have attached a McIDAS BATCH file that defines all of the Nexrad Level III
(group RTNEXRAD) and TDWR (group RTTDWR) datasets in Unidata McIDAS.
