Hi Randy, re: > I just sent and email to support-idd. I see it in the queue. > Thanks for your help. No worries. > Now I have to figure out how to tell GRDLIST to list the SREF data. Since that it is an option in GRDLIST I would assume that > some data coming across noaaport has ensemble members. Would you know? I thought that the NGRID had SREF ensembles, but I am not 100% sure. A quick test shows that the only ensembles being processed by XCD (whether the ensembles are in the feeds from NOAAPort or not) are: GRDLIST RTGRIB2/ALL ENS=-1 +1 FORM=ALL GRDLIST: No grid found matching search conditions GRDLIST - done GRDLIST failed, RC=2 GRDLIST RTGRIBS/ALL ENS=+1 NUM=10 Dataset position 1 Directory Title= /GFS.80.2009026.0.6.40.grib PAR LEVEL DAY TIME SRC FHR FDAY FTIME GRID PRO ---- ---------- ------------ -------- ---- ---- ------------ -------- ----- ---- Z 500 MB 26 JAN 09026 00:00:00 GFS 6 26 JAN 09026 06:00:00 N/A MERC Z 850 MB 26 JAN 09026 00:00:00 GFS 6 26 JAN 09026 06:00:00 N/A MERC T 250 MB 26 JAN 09026 00:00:00 GFS 6 26 JAN 09026 06:00:00 N/A MERC T 850 MB 26 JAN 09026 00:00:00 GFS 6 26 JAN 09026 06:00:00 N/A MERC U 850 MB 26 JAN 09026 00:00:00 GFS 6 26 JAN 09026 06:00:00 N/A MERC U 500 MB 26 JAN 09026 00:00:00 GFS 6 26 JAN 09026 06:00:00 N/A MERC U 250 MB 26 JAN 09026 00:00:00 GFS 6 26 JAN 09026 06:00:00 N/A MERC P MSL 26 JAN 09026 00:00:00 GFS 6 26 JAN 09026 06:00:00 N/A MERC V 10 M 26 JAN 09026 00:00:00 GFS 6 26 JAN 09026 06:00:00 N/A MERC PCP SFC 26 JAN 09026 00:00:00 GFS 6 26 JAN 09026 06:00:00 N/A MERC Number of grids listed = 10 GRDLIST - done So, it looks like the only ensembles are from GFS, and they are in the HDS NOAAPort feed, not in the NGRID feed. I was incorrect in thinking that SREF ensembles are being delivered in the NOAAPort NGRID feed, OR the SREF ensembles are not being processed by XCD. I think that the latter case is not likely since I think we would see messages in the XCD_START.LOG file for grids that can not be processed. Perhaps the ensembles you are looking for are in CONDUIT? > How about SSEC? Do you guys know. I'm interested in this info as well...
