[McIDAS #MMF-270066]: FW: NOAAPORT Receive System software updates available

Hi Randy,

Like I said in my other email, I apologize for the tardiness for this

> should i be installing these fixes since i am running the unidata
> version of xcd.

Yes. The NOAAPORT ingest system is a separate package from Unidata
McIDAS. It needs to be upgraded as updates are made available so
that your NOAAPORT ingest is current.

The upgrade announced by the MUG represents a move to get McIDAS-XCD
users to the same version of LDM and NOAAPORT ingest software as
sites getting the code directly from Unidata. This is one of the
outcomes of my talks with SSEC folks at the MUG meeting in October.
