[McIDAS #FBA-307750]: PATH command

I don't know why your display is blank.  It is as though you are
getting the navigation portion of the image, but not the data.

It would be useful to have at least one of the images so I
could experiment.

I am not familiar with the HRIT format, so I can't say with
certainty that other types of images can be put into that
format.  If you have the source code for the RDT algorithm
it may be easier to adapt it to use other images.
