Note that the uncommented entries are the grids to NOT decode.
The only change that I made to GRIBDEC.CFG is to set the MAXGRD= parameter
to 4000; it was 2000. I have received information from SSEC recommending
that this parameter be set to 5000:
MAXGRID=5000 # maximum number of grids to store in a grid file
There is something mysterious going on with the ETA decoding in XCD.
UVa is having problems getting any ETA grids to decode, AND they are
only able to decode MSL grids for MRF!
