This sounds like you cut and pasted the example I sent in the email and
ended up with the first line being chopped into two lines. Please check
your 'WSI
^NEX/(.*)/(.*)/([1-2][0-9])([0-9][0-9])([0-1][0-9])([0-3][0-9])([0-2][0-9])([0-6][0-9])'
line and make sure that it is _one_ line and not two.
That is:
WSI<tab>^NEX/(.*)/(.*)/([1-2][0-9])([0-9][0-9])([0-1][0-9])([0-3][0-9])([0-2][
0-9])([0-6][0-9])<new line>
